Aminata is a Certified Scrum Master with learning design and project management experience in the international development and public sectors. With over eight years of experience implementing large-scale global development projects funded by donors such as USAID, DfID, USDA, UNICEF and Dubai Cares, she has provided technical leadership and support to primary, secondary, tertiary and adult education projects in countries such as India, Benin, Guatemala, Laos PRD, Haiti, Kenya, Mali, Ghana, Burkina Faso, and Sierra Leone.

Additionally, Aminata is an advocate of diversity in children’s literature and a published children’s book author. Her book, “The Biggest Little Brother,” is a story that captures the changing landscape of American families through the lens of a Sierra Leonean-American family.
