Muctarr Turay is the President of the Renewable Energy Association of Sierra Leone (REASL) and a prominent serial entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of successful ventures. He is the Founder/CEO of Jisnor4U, Co-Founder/Director of SiNergy SL, Founder of Safarcom General Services, Director of Business Development at Tiwai Memory Masters, and Founder/Director of Faris International Services. His entrepreneurial efforts span multiple industries, including renewable energy, IT consultancy, logistics, and international services.

Since returning to Sierra Leone from London in 2001, Muctarr has been at the forefront of initiatives to promote renewable energy access, drive economic growth, and enhance energy sustainability in the region. As President of REASL, he plays a critical role in advocating for clean energy adoption and collaborating with stakeholders to address energy challenges across Sierra Leone.
